- Separator & observe for leaks
- Belt condition and tension (tighten if needed, additional charge may apply depending on tensioning dynamic)
- Amperage & voltage across all phases
- Tighten all electrical and mechanical connections
- Blow out aftercooler, motors, and entire unit
- Minimum pressure valve function
- Thermal valve function
- Non return scavenger function
- Inlet valve function
- Pressure switch contacts & springs
- Contactors & overload settings
- Dryer and inlines (if applicable)
- Perform pump up test
- Pressure & mechanical test & provide recommendations where needed
